Looking for a stunning venue where you can bring your own culinary team and creative vision? The Villa Russo Rental Package is your ideal solution. Designed for clients who want flexibility without compromising quality, our rental option allows you to host a full-scale event with your own catering and décor — while we provide the elegant setting, service standards, and support that define Villa Russo.
The Palace Room is Villa Russo’s main space and can accommodate from 100 to 250 guests—a real castle full of old-world charm and elegance, with its high ceiling and vintage chandeliers.

The Grotto Room is located on our lower level. It can accommodate between 75 to 175 guests. A magnificent stone fireplace creates a warm, comfortable atmosphere.

The Rental Package is available for our Palace Room and Grotto Room only, with a minimum of 100 guests required.

Yes! You may bring your own food, vendors, and decorations. We simply ask that all food meet our quality and safety standards, and vendors coordinate with our team for setup and timing.

Each rental includes a 4-hour event plus 1½ hours for setup before your start time. Additional time may be added for an extra fee.

Absolutely. You can enhance your celebration with:
Chair covers and sashes
Open bar or beverage service
Extended time
Extra décor or lighting upgrades

Catering services, entertainment, décor, and additional rentals (such as specialty linens or floral arrangements) are not included but can be coordinated through your vendors or our preferred vendor list.

For safety, licensing, and service-quality reasons, outside liquor or beverage service is not permitted.
If you wish to include alcoholic beverages, you can select one of our Open Bar options, managed exclusively by our professional staff -
No. To maintain the quality and consistency that Villa Russo is known for, our Rental Package cannot be modified to include space-only usage.
Each rental includes our standard setup, service team, tableware, and linens to ensure every event meets our professional standards and runs smoothly.
