We cannot thank you enough for the amazing time we had at our daughter’s Christening celebration held in Villa Russo. From the very first moment we walked in and spoke with Suzanne about our event, until the very last second of our celebration, your entire staff was more than incredible. Eric, our Matre’d was on point, helpful, dedicated and made our daughter’s affair run as smoothly as possible. The Staff was attentive, respectful and made themselves readily available to assist in every area possible. Food, service and venue were absolutely the best. I will strongly recommend your venue to anyone who is looking for that special place where they can celebrate their extra-special day. We look forward to using Villa Russo at our next gathering. Today I attended the annual Letter Carriers function at your fine establishment as i have done so in the past with my husband. As always, the food was delicious and cant wait for the coffee to come out to have with dessert. The reason for my letter is simple . To Praise our waiter Rudy who had patience with the elders at our table. Renee who was fabulous; never stopped moving like the energizer bunny and a wonderful personality.

In this day & age of hearing "negative" items I thought it would be nice to read the "good stuff"

My brother had his wedding reception at Villa Russo.The quality of food and service is just exceptional. All the guests were so happy and raving about how beautiful the palace and grotto rooms were. My brother and his wife choose the Supreme Feast package and what a choice! It was true Italian family-style portions. So much great food and variety to go around. Cocktail hour was wonderful. Aside from the excellent food, open bar and beautiful ambience, words cannot explain the unrivaled service at Villa Russo. Kim, our Maitre'd was so helpful and reassuring. She was so kind and attentive, she was always there when needed, and even helped to accommodate 2 additional guests last minute. The waitstaff and bartender were so great too. All of the guests were so happy with the service. The staff continuously came around to ask if anything was needed. The staff helped to set up everything so beautifully before the party. And at the end of the reception they helped to b!
ring gifts to the car, pass out favors and doggie bags of food for family to take home. Even administration came over to see that everything was to the couple's liking - thanks Suzanne. Thanks Kim, thanks Villa Russo staff. I'm definitely having my wedding there and I really appreciate your making my brother and his wife's day so special.

First things first! Let it be known that our 10 year wedding anniversary was being organized from Arizona! We found Villa Russo on a bridal website and gravitated to it from the beautiful pictures alone. From the moment we contacted Suzanne for a contract, we knew we had chosen the right place! Betsy was so great in answering the million emails, calls and yahoo IMs (LOL!). Our Maitre'D Kim-GOD BLESS HER!! The Blizzard of 2009 took our reception hostage and many of my guests could not attend. Those that were able to were almost stranded! Kim went above and beyond to get my guests and family members rides back home! Both Betsy and Kim are soooooooo amazing!!! Thank you Suzanne and George for the warm wishes and comforting words. We were keeping it cool because what else is there to do right! Keep the party going!
