q. How far in advance should I book my affair?
a. All room accomodations are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Please ask your caterer what months of the year are in the most demand. We suggest you book as early as possible to ensure your choice of date, time and room.

q. Are all prices for catered events the same for each day of the month?
a. No, each day of the week and timing of your affair may affect the price based upon the principle of supply and demand.

q. If I'm not quite sure of my affair's date and starting time can I still reserve one of your rooms?
a. Yes, we can "hold" a date and time for your anticipated affair for a specified and agreed upon amount of time.

q. Do I need an appointment to get information?
a. No, the banquet manager can answer questions over the phone and you can get additional information throughout this website.

q. Can I receive pricing over the telephone?
a. A banquet manager usually gives pricing in person.

q. How can I go about booking my affair at the Villa Russo?
a. You can make an appointment with our banquet manager, look over our available dates in one of our banquet rooms and leave a deposit to bind the room and date.

q. Can I arrange to have my ceremony in one of your halls?
a. Yes, at an additional fee.

q. Do we have special prices for children?
a. Yes, there are kids meal prices available.

q. How many people can you accommodate?
a. Our facilities can accommodate 25-250 guests depending on the banquet room.

q. How much of a deposit is required?
a. We require a minimum deposit of $500 to consider your affair "booked" in one of our banquet rooms.

q. What is your payment policy for catered affairs?
a. Our banquet manager is prepared to arrange a flexible payment plan that meets your budget requirements.

q. How do I pick out my menu?
a. That is our specialty. we will sit with you and customize a menu that suits your tastes and budget.

q. How many guests fit at a banquet table?
a. Up to 12 guests can be seated at a table.

q. Do you have a minimum guarantee for the amount of guests I may be having?
a. With our larger affairs we usually ask for a minimum of 75 guests. however, we do have banquet rooms that accomodate below 75 guests with little or no minimum guarantee.

q. Can I use any vendor I want?
a. Yes. We can supply you with additional information as well. Also, all Djs must be insured.

q. Do my guests have to pay for valet parking?
a. No, these services are free of charge to your guests.

q. Is cake included with my parties?
a. Yes, additional charge may be required for special orders.

q. Can we bring in our own liquor or wine?
a. No, it is contrary to the State Liquor Authority's rules and regulations.

q. Are there attendants in the rest rooms?
a. Yes, both in the ladies and men's rooms have attendants.

q. Do you provide kosher meals?
a. Yes, given advance notice we can accommodate kosher meals.

q. When is the final payment due?
a. At time of seating.
